At the end of May we took our annual summer trip to my mom's house down in Mathis, Texas. We did a whole lot of nothing, it was great! We did make it out one evening to go to my cousins wedding and a restaurant called the Boiling Pot. I want to open a Boiling Pot here because I love seafood and appreciate that it's ok to get messy. Corey had a few first with food. I love experiencing first with him!!
